Excellent complete for dogs

I bought 2 small bags of Game and Millet whilst at Crufts this year (2012). I feed BARF 80-90% of the time but always find it handy to have some good quality, hypo-allergenic complete in for the occasions when I am too lazy/have forgotten to get their food out of the freezer! I also have to use complete whenever my husband and I go on holiday with the dogs.

So, my friend and I are browsing through a refreshing number of stalls selling various hypo' dog food - and even several doing raw food which was nice to see - when we were drawn to the Healthy Paws stand. The products looked simple (and I mean that as a compliment!) but high quality, and the owner and staff were perfectly welcoming and helpful, without ever being pushy. We both bought a couple of bags and off we strolled to continue browsing and shopping.

It wasn't long until I tried out the Game and Millet as after about 8 hours walking round Birmingham NEC I really couldn't be bothered mixing up my four dogs' dinner from scratch! The biscuits looked and smelt good to me and the dogs wasted no time assuring me that they tasted good too!

Now my dogs, to be fair, are pretty robust food-wise but even they (particularly the youngest) can go a bit loose on complete, as they usually have wet food. To be honest, I think the problem is that I am so used to their required raw food quantity that I usually fail to account for the smaller volume of dried' needed! Despite that all four had no problem whatsoever being thrown in at the deep end with 2 days of new food ... they loved it, and - apologies if this is too much information for anyone - what came out the other end was perfect too!!

In conclusion; I definitely rate this as an excellent complete food, and more importantly so do my dogs. I will be happy to buy some more!
