Making a Purchase

Choose the products you wish to purchase by browsing the website using the product categories or search facilities. You can easily edit or delete items from your shopping basket by going to the ‘Your Basket’ page. As you add each item to your basket, the carriage charge is constantly recalculated so that you can easily establish the delivered price for your goods. Carriage charges are calculated as soon as you add an item to your basket, so you do not need to register or be logged-in to see the carriage charge for an item

Completing Your Transaction

Once you are happy with your selection proceed to the checkout where you will be required to provide your name, address, delivery and payment details over a secure server connection. Upon completion of the checkout you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Delivery Times

Normally, our deliveries will be next working day for orders placed before 2pm for orders placed on a working day (Monday to Friday). We do everything we can to meet this delivery schedule. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Charges

We use a variety of carriage methods to ensure that the most efficient service is always used for your selection, including Royal Mail and Fed Ex. Our Carriage charges depend on a number of factors including the weight and size of the consignment.

Our shipping rate is just £1.99 on all orders under the weight of 1kg, £4.99 for orders up to 10kg and £2.50 for orders over 10kg. Your order will normally be processed in two working days. Should a chosen item not be available immediately, we will contact you by return to advise of when your order will be despatched to you.

Please also allow up to five working days for delivery, thank you.

Delivery

Please note that we are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

For deliveries outside mainland UK e.g. Highlands, Eire etc – surcharges in addition to normal charges apply. Healthy Paws can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us and we are unable to refund postage costs.

We will undertake every measure to ensure goods are delivered within the timescales stated. We aim to supply all goods in a good condition and suitable for consumption. We will take no responsibility for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party or use otherwise as instructed. If the goods supplied are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing or by phone within 24 hours.

If you have any complaint about the goods you should notify us in writing or via e-mail as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered the defect or complaint. We will endeavor to rectify any complaint to the best of our ability.
